Welcome to Shakyamuni Foundation

“Shakyamuni Foundation” was established in the year 2014 by the group of social workers in favor to serve the society, especially poor children. Shakyamuni Foundation was incorporated on 10th september,2014 under the Companies Act,2013. We strongly believe in our motive and our social services well planned steps which may value the humanity in terms of truth. Our motive is to bring Awareness to the people about the importance of poor children education, skill development of common work related to society . From last few years, Shakyamuni Foundation has being doing several social work in several surrounding areas. The Main Objects for which the company is established is to provide equal opportunity for education to people from all strata of the society by providing concessions, scholarships and assistance to children from poor, needy and deserving families.

Mission

Shakyamuni Foundation underscores the fact that helping is not simply a matter of dispersing money but of making a deep, long-term commitment and casting a hard eye on results. With this model, the Foundation partners with emerging and committed organizations for various programmes. It tries to build their capacity, training them to gradually sustain and scale up themselves and their activities. It initially offers them the opportunity to reach their potential and progressively scale up and bear the entire weight themselves.

The entire management and operation of Shakyamuni Foundation is in compliance with the principles of “Good Governance” and thus sets itself apart with its set norms of sustainability, scalability, accountability, transparency, credibility and effective leadership.
